What coupons cover
Unless a coupon explicitly states otherwise, it applies only to the KeenOut platform or coordination fee. Food, drinks, transport, activity admission, tickets and venue purchases remain payable separately.
Eligibility and limits
Codes may be restricted by activation status, dates, market, city, experience, account history, total redemptions or redemptions per person. Eligibility is calculated server-side and a displayed code does not guarantee redemption.
One promotion at a time
Stacking follows each coupon’s configuration. When an eligible coupon already reduces the KeenOut fee to A$0, an unused first-meetup-free entitlement is preserved rather than consumed.
Cancellation and restoration
KeenOut-caused cancellation normally releases an eligible coupon use when its configured policy permits and the coupon remains available. Early cancellation restoration is configurable. Late cancellations and no-shows normally count the redemption as used.
Fair use
Multiple-account, replay, coupon-farming, repeated friend-invite or other promotional misuse may result in loss of coupon eligibility, rate limiting or review. A shared IP address alone is not treated as proof of misuse.
